After careful discussion and collaboration the membership of Panty Trust has developed a new Code of Conduct. The new Code of Conduct addresses issues that members feel are critical to the Panty Trust organization in light of its requirement of high ethical standards and fair business practices from its members.

In related discussion, members of Panty Trust have decided that linking to Mypantystore.com will no longer be permitted from individual member's Panty Trust (seal verification) pages. Due to a consistent and well above average number of reports concerning problems with this selling site, Panty Trust members have voted that it would hurt the Panty Trust program credibility to allow the seal to be associated with the Mypantystore service until and if these issues are addressed by the owner of Mypantystore.

Please be aware that Panty Trust has received reports of a person or persons contacting women and offering them a membership in Panty Trust. While this activity have been reported most heavily from women living in Finland, woman in other countries have reported this as well. This person claims in his correspondence to woman to be an "outside sales representative" of Panty Trust.

Panty Trust does not use sales representatives and Panty Trust never solicits or contacts anyone to ask them to join Panty Trust. The only method to join Panty Trust is through the "Become a Member" section of the Panty Trust web site.

Unfortunately, we continue to come across non-members illegally using the Panty Trust seal on their web sites and auction listings in an attempt to mislead buyers. Please remember that an authentic Panty Trust seal on a seller's site will take you to their Panty Trust page. The address in your browser's address bar of an authentic Panty Trust seal page will always start with "www.pantytrust.com" .

If you come across a seal that does nothing when clicked or takes you to anywhere but that seller's individual page on pantytrust.com, you are most likely looking at a fraudulent seal. If you come to the Panty Trust site and don't see that person listed here as a member, you have absolutely come across a fraud.
