While this activity have been reported most heavily from women living in Finland, woman in other countries have reported this as well. This person claims in his correspondence to woman to be an "outside sales representative" of Panty Trust.

Panty Trust does not use sales representatives and Panty Trust never solicits or contacts anyone to ask them to join Panty Trust. The only method to join Panty Trust is through the "Become a Member" section of the Panty Trust web site.
