Payments I accept and shipping terms

I accept BACS (UK only - preferred payment method) and Alertpay. If you would prefer not to do a bank transfer I will also accept Amazon.co.uk email gift vouchers for the billed amount made payable to provocativepanties@hotmail.co.uk

After I have received payment (usually takes 3-5 days) I will wear your panties for the chosen amount of time. I will then post them using either first class or next day special delivery (£5). You will receive your panties usually within 5 to 7days. International buyers will be given the option of normal or tracked shipping and delivery times will vary. I will provide an estimate delivery time when you receive your invoice.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered due to the nature of the items for sale. If the item is not what you expected please contact me via email providing as much detail as possible. If this is the case I will send you a replacement item once you have sent me back the original item. Delivery costs of returning the original item are the responsibility of the buyer. It is advised returned items are sent recorded delivery to avoid additional problems arising.
