All items will be sealed in a polyethene bag and sent tracked in discrete plain packaging. Standard postage is free within the U.K. If you require special or recorded delivery a charge will apply which you will be notified of when payment is requested. Standard shipping is $2.50 for anywhere unless special delivery has been requested and a charge will apply which you will be notified of when payment is requested.
Refund Policy:
Each item is personalised, I cannot give a refund during and after the time your item is being or has been prepared. If you change your mind please let me know at least 24 hours before your order is prepared and a full refund will be given.
Lost Parcel Policy:
I cannot be held accountable for any items missing in the post unless a special delivery method has been used. If your item doesnt arrive, I can make a claim via the postal service and refund you or another item can be sent out as a replacement. I always keep proof of postage even on the standard service. Proof of postage will be sent to you via email with every order.
