Shipping Terms:

I ship my panties via First Class mail in a discreet envelope from EUP Services. They usually take 2-3 business days to arrive in the United States. (International shipment times vary.) I strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. Please understand, however, I normally have a backlog that is listed clearly at the top of my panty order page, it can take several days to fulfill an order and get it shipped. Please check my backlog before ordering. 

Refunds Policy & Lost Parcels:
Due to the nature of the product, all orders are final and non-refundable. However, I will refund money if a significant error is made on my part in processing an order. I will redo a lost parcel only if I receive the parcel back at my return address unopened. If there is any sign of tampering - Denied delivery stamps with the address I was provided I will not remake an order.
