My Shipping Terms:

Items are shipped First Class as standard (UK only) upon receipt of payment and should therefore arrive in 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.  Any waiting times for orders will be declared before your payment is taken, to give you the choice to decide if you'd like to go ahead.  Other postage options are available, subject to request and additional postage fees. 

My Refund Policy:

Once your item is in the process of being prepared, unfortunately I cannot accept refund requests as each item is bespoke.  Naturally though, I want you to be happy with your purchase when it reached you.  If, for any reason you are not, please email me straight away and I will do my utmost to ensure we reach an agreement that leaves you satisfied with your experience.

My Lost Parcel Policy:

As I am sure you know, very occasionally post can go missing.  If you would like to guarantee safe delivery, I do advise paying for tracked postage.  If, however a parcel has gone missing and was not tracked, please email me straight away and we will discuss ways to make it right.
