How will it arrive?
All items are sent first class in discreet envelopes/boxes, or recorded delivery if you wish. Items such as panties, socks and tights will be in a zip lock baggy to keep the freshness, and bottled items will be sealed to prevent leakage in the post.
Shipping costs?
Shipping to the UK is free for small items that only require "small packet" status. Anything larger I will let you know before we agree a sale.
Shipping to the US is £5 standard shipping, or £10 for a faster delivery.
Shipping to Europe is £3 standard shipping, or £6 for a faster delivery.
Shipping anywhere else worldwide is £6 for standard shipping or £12 for faster delivery.

Refunds Policy:
Due to the nature of this business I cannot offer refunds in most cases. I am however always happy to discuss resolutions, and come up with a happy conclusion for us both. I will not refund you if you do not like my scent, but will happily change preparations next time to find what you do like. Unless you are willing to pay for tracked delivery packages lost in the post will not be refunded, I will however re-do it once (and only once) out of good faith. I will not refund you if you believe you did not receive what you expected,unless I believe you did not either. We can resolve with The Panty Trust should it come to it.
